What you will do

• Lead and coordinate teams developing, evaluating, and deploying technical quality assurance tools and methods.
• Ensure processes and products comply with quality assurance, industry, customer, supplier, and government requirements.
• Manage testing equipment design and installation, product testing, and analysis to maintain quality and reduce defects.
• Review quality engineering analyses, data, and reports, recommending corrective actions and improvement plans.
• Coordinate quality activities with internal teams, customers, suppliers, certifying bodies, and other stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on quality systems, root cause analysis, sampling plans, Pareto analysis, and statistical process control.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading managers and senior managers across multiple departments or teams.
• Ability to establish functional policies, execute business plans, and contribute to functional strategy.
• Ability to brief and influence senior management and key external contacts on significant quality matters.
