Acura Business Development Center Representative (Automotive)

Location: Marietta, Georgia, United States; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Contact customers to identify their automotive needs.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls and answer inbound calls.
• Set sales appointments and coordinate customers with sales advisors.
• Contact customers to confirm appointments.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, communication, computer, and phone skills.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Experience with ADP, Outlook, and Excel.
• Prior sales, call center, or business development center experience is heavily preferred.
• Appointment-setting experience and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work as a team player.

Nice to have

• Bilingual communication skills.
• Experience in automotive sales, telemarketing, inside or outside sales, customer service, retail, or related roles.
