Senior Auto Finance Sales Representative (Auto Finance)

Location: Remote, Massachusetts; applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Salary: $57,000–$113,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation

What you will do

• Develop and maintain profitable, quality indirect lending relationships with franchise automobile dealers in the New England market.
• Sell auto finance products and services directly to dealers and service dealer customers.
• Train dealership staff on relevant products and services.
• Build the assigned business portfolio by identifying opportunities and demonstrating value to dealer customers.
• Manage territory reporting and key performance indicators.
• Maintain knowledge of the auto industry, local competition, and community, while promoting hirify.global’s local sales and service value proposition.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of auto finance-related sales experience.
• High school diploma.
• Strong verbal and written communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to type and complete pre-call sales activities.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Local dealer knowledge and relationships in New England.
• Experience working with multiple dealerships and dealer groups.
• Bachelor’s degree.
