Experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Writer (Automotive)

Location: 1760 Hwy 46 West, New Braunfels, Texas, United States. On-site, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; weekends closed.

Compensation: Potential for six-figure income in the first year through base salary and bonuses; base salary increases may be awarded based on merit.

What you will do

• Welcome guests and guide them through the complete vehicle repair process.
• Explain repair recommendations and present appropriate service solutions clearly and honestly.
• Manage store workflow efficiently in a busy, high-volume automotive facility.
• Keep guests informed about vehicle status and build long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate guest service activities, communicate professionally by phone, and shuttle guests as needed.
• Verify that repairs meet proper specifications and support other employees as part of the team.

Requirements

• Previous automotive Service Advisor or automotive sales experience required.
• Current driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Strong typing, writing, verbal communication, and customer-service skills.
• Dependability for a Monday–Friday schedule, ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday, and ability to occasionally lift or carry objects over 50 pounds.
• Ability to maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
