VP Product Management - Auto & Loan Protection Products

What you will do

• Define product strategy and prioritize features using customer feedback, market trends, and competitive research.
• Manage a portfolio of auto and loan protection products, including products designed to protect loans and underlying collateral.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and improve products on time and within budget.
• Monitor product performance, pricing, expenses, profitability, and key performance metrics; report findings to senior management and key clients.
• Collaborate with Operations, Data Solutions, Sales, and Account Management to deliver actionable performance analysis.
• Lead and mentor product team members and contribute thought leadership for collections and contact center products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in product management and development, preferably in consumer lending, credit unions, or banking.
• Strong experience in people leadership, client relations, product analysis, and product analytics methodologies.
• Strong understanding of auto and loan protection products, including GAP, warranties, and prepaid maintenance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for technology and innovation.
• Able to travel locally and/or nationally.
