Product Owner II - Open Banking

What you will do

• Collaborate with implementation teams to deliver elegant, useful, and secure banking products and services.
• Support long-term product strategies and communicate project impact, priorities, development approaches, and release plans to stakeholders.
• Research customer, user, subject matter expert, and stakeholder needs to identify opportunities for new approaches and technologies.
• Define solution descriptions, business requirements, acceptance criteria, MVP scope, and product backlogs for moderately complex projects.
• Monitor project delivery, architecture, KPIs, and business value while adapting initiatives and redesigning operational processes.
• Mentor junior Product Owners within the product portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in product management, customer experience management, business analysis, software engineering, banking, finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft computer applications and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital technologies across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
