Card Product Manager Sr (Banking)

Location: Columbus, OH, United States; office workplace

Salary: $70,000–$140,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Execute card product strategies to drive new account acquisition, activation, usage, balance growth, revenue, profitability, and retention.
• Develop advanced card product knowledge and contribute to complex, strategic, longer-term projects and product development.
• Build business cases for risks and opportunities and manage solution implementation.
• Monitor daily KPIs, identify trends and patterns, and escalate issues to management.
• Coordinate IT, Phone Bank, Credit Administration, Enterprise Risk, Operations, Retail Branches, Underwriting, Collections, Legal, Compliance, and vendors.
• Implement controls and processes that measure, monitor, and control risk while maintaining compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Ability to execute strategic priorities using Agile practices.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and metrics to support recommendations and actions.
• Ability to assess situations and risks, determine courses of action, and execute effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Master’s degree in business, management, operations, engineering, or a related field.
