Card Product Manager Sr (Banking)

Location: Columbus, OH; office-based workplace

Salary: $70,000–$140,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Execute card product strategies focused on new account acquisition, activation, usage, balance growth, revenue, profitability, and retention.
• Develop product knowledge and contribute to complex, strategic, and long-range product initiatives.
• Build business cases for risks and opportunities and manage solution implementation.
• Monitor daily KPIs, identify trends and patterns, and escalate issues to management.
• Coordinate IT, operations, risk, compliance, legal, retail, underwriting, collections, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
• Implement controls and processes that measure, monitor, and manage risk and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data and metrics to support recommendations and actions.
• Ability to assess situations and risks, determine practical courses of action, and execute effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience driving strategic priorities with Agile practices.
• Master’s degree in business, management, operations, engineering, or a related field.
