Consumer Product Development Program Associate

What you will do

• Complete a 12-month rotational program across consumer deposits, consumer lending, small business deposits, and small business lending.
• Analyze customer behavior, identify unmet needs, and translate insights into product improvements that increase engagement and retention.
• Support product strategy, roadmap development, positioning, value proposition design, and product suite optimization.
• Analyze deposit pricing, loan yields, portfolio performance, profitability, and related risk considerations.
• Collaborate with Retail, Digital, Finance, Risk, Technology, and Small Business teams on integrated product solutions.
• Participate in product management, financial analysis, strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and executive storytelling development.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
• Bachelor’s degree, BA or BS.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and a client-first mindset.
• Passion for supporting sales teams and delivering outstanding customer service.
