Specialist, Transformation (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Lead complex transformation processes, programmes and workstreams supporting global investor onboarding priorities.
• Translate transformation strategy into implementation plans, milestones, decisions and measurable outcomes.
• Design and implement target operating models covering processes, controls, data, technology and organisational change.
• Coordinate stakeholders, dependencies, risks and resources across operations, technology, product, risk and compliance.
• Lead current-state assessments, gap analyses, solution evaluations and future-state definition across investor onboarding, transfer agency and AML/KYC processes.
• Facilitate senior workshops, prepare governance materials and support implementation readiness, testing, adoption and post-implementation reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in transformation, change delivery, investor onboarding, transfer agency, AML/KYC, funds or financial services operations.
• Experience leading complex functional projects or workstreams with cross-functional dependencies and moderate risk.
• Advanced analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical solutions in ambiguous situations.
• Strong understanding of operating models, controls, service delivery, business drivers and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops and communicate complex findings through executive and governance materials.
• Bachelor’s or university degree and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Irish work authorization is required, and employment permit sponsorship is not available.

• Experience with Visio, Power BI, SharePoint, Aha!, Azure DevOps, Jira or Confluence.
• Advanced degree or relevant change, project, process improvement or Agile certification.
