Digital Transformation Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid roles based at locations in Portugal, Belgium, Ireland, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom; willingness to travel within Europe approximately 25%.

What you will do

• Lead digital transformation programs for Global Trade Services and support the transformation roadmap.
• Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, standardization, automation, and digitalization.
• Translate business needs into transformation opportunities and implementation initiatives.
• Work with business analysts, automation engineers, data scientists, product owners, operations teams, and IT partners.
• Engage senior leaders and stakeholders, communicate progress and risks, and facilitate alignment across functions and regions.
• Support change management, adoption activities, communication plans, and measurement of business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, engineering, information technology, management, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive action in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluent English in written and verbal communication is required.
• Willingness to travel within Europe approximately 25% is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with data and analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, Power Platform, workflow automation, or intelligent automation.
• Familiarity with Agile, product management, or project management practices.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, customs clearance, supply chain, or international trade.
• Change Management or Lean Six Sigma certification.
