Location: West London, United Kingdom. Hybrid role with at least 4 days per week in the office, anchored by a team hub in West London. The role may require occasional travel to other sites and further national travel. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm.
Applicants must be British citizens or have been continuously resident in the UK for the past 5 years to meet the prerequisite for security clearance and background checks.

What you will do
- Collaborate with social care professionals to identify needs, risks, and aspirations and co-design bespoke, person-centred care technology solutions.
- Advise practitioners on complex care technology referrals, ensuring recommendations are evidence-based and innovative.
- Install specialist care technology equipment in supported living schemes and for virtual support involving children and families.
- Develop solutions that improve service users’ independence, wellbeing, and safety.
- Document case insights and share learning across the Argenti partnership and council partners.
- Contribute to care technology innovation, evaluation, testing, and piloting with the Argenti Innovation Specialist.
Requirements
- Experience supporting vulnerable people in a health or social care setting.
- Experience with care technology or related technology solutions, plus the technical aptitude to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, reporting, analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
- Collaborative, adaptable, resilient, and comfortable solving complex problems creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- UK citizenship or at least 5 years of continuous UK residency is required for security clearance eligibility.
Nice to have
- Experience working with a council in an adult social care context.
- Hands-on experience installing or using care technology.
- Experience working with a monitoring organisation.
