Automation & Optimization Analyst (Sigma Computing)

Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; hybrid work arrangement with on-site work three times per week. Mid-shift schedule from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, following US holidays.

What you will do

• Manage the Data and Analytics ServiceNow instance and handle related ticket requests.
• Fulfil reporting, dashboard, and data requests from business stakeholders using Sigma Computing and other analytics platforms.
• Analyze data and deliver insights that support business and operational decisions.
• Develop automated data workflows, reporting processes, dashboards, and self-service analytics solutions.
• Identify opportunities to optimize, standardize, or eliminate manual activities in business processes, reports, and data flows.
• Validate data, monitor automated solutions, maintain documentation, and support data governance and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Sigma Computing, Power BI, and business intelligence or data visualization platforms.
• Experience with ETL processes, Snowflake, and low-code/no-code automation tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise data environments, such as Oracle, plus understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, data validation, and reporting governance skills; working knowledge of SQL and database concepts is preferred.
