What you will do

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering service-level metrics, operational KPIs, and performance trends.
• Design data models for SLA tracking, operational reporting, forecasting, and trend analysis.
• Integrate Power BI with ServiceNow, Genesys, and other enterprise systems for unified reporting.
• Optimize dashboards for speed and scalability across large datasets.
• Partner with Service Management stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Implement reporting security standards and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of Power BI development experience focused on operational and service reporting.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Strong DAX and Power Query (M) skills, with solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience integrating Power BI with ServiceNow and/or Genesys.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and Service Level Management.
• Experience with Azure Data Services, including Data Factory and Synapse.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
• Exposure to contact center analytics and operational performance metrics.
