Senior Reporting Analyst (1st Shift)

Location: Hybrid in Megatower, Mandaluyong City, Philippines, twice per month; Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM PHT.

What you will do

• Lead recurring client reporting in line with established service level agreements.
• Manage ad hoc reporting requests and deliver accurate insights on time.
• Create, maintain, and improve dashboards, templates, data visualizations, and reporting tools.
• Develop billing templates and support monthly billing reconciliation.
• Analyze trends and present recommendations to client services and account leadership teams.
• Improve reporting workflows, governance, data quality, and best practices while mentoring less experienced analysts.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, workforce reporting, HR reporting, or recruitment reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting automation.
• Experience developing dashboards, data visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, stakeholder management, and consultative communication skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Power Query, VBA/Macros, Power BI, or other reporting and visualization tools.
• Experience in RPO, talent acquisition, human resources, or outsourced business services.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating previous reports, dashboards, or analytics projects.
