Project Controls Manager

Location: Shreveport, Louisiana, United States; other Gulf states may be considered with additional regular travel to sites. Domestic travel required: 25%. Must be eligible to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Develop and lead the Delivery Project Management Office controls function across the construction portfolio.
• Lead, develop, train, and manage cost managers and schedulers, including external service-provider partners.
• Establish and govern project budgets, schedules, forecasts, baselines, reporting standards, and performance metrics.
• Review projects to identify critical-path activities, delays, cost impacts, risks, exposures, and optimization opportunities.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, variance analyses, and portfolio reporting for informed decision-making.
• Present project status, risks, mitigation strategies, and recovery plans to internal and external stakeholders while supporting individual projects when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience leading project or portfolio controls across multiple large-scale, complex projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction is highly desirable.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass comprehensive background and drug screening.
