Logistics Associate, Orthopedics

What you will do

• Manage and coordinate procurement, transportation, distribution, and inventory activities across the supply chain.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Coordinate route planning, shipping schedules, delivery execution, and shipment tracking.
• Monitor inventory, conduct audits and cycle counts, and support initiatives to reduce shortages and excess stock.
• Analyze demand forecasts and adjust inventory levels to support business requirements.
• Identify logistics issues, resolve root causes, and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Lower secondary education level in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education.
• Previous logistics or supply chain experience is preferred, particularly experience with shipping and logistics documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and logistics coordination.
• Fluent English, including written and email communication, is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage changing priorities, follow procedures accurately, and support continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with logistics software, inventory management tools, supply chain systems, or carrier platforms such as DHL.
