Assembly And Test Technician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Farmers Branch, Texas, United States; onsite. Full-time night shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday from 7:00 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.

What you will do

• Perform precision assembly of miniature electronic and electro-mechanical components using microscopes and specialized tools.
• Build probe cards, assemblies, and sub-assemblies according to work instructions, engineering drawings, and SOPs.
• Conduct functional and parametric testing, visual inspections, and dimensional inspections.
• Troubleshoot assembly and test issues, support root-cause analysis, and assist with failure and yield investigations.
• Record production data, test results, process deviations, and traceability documentation in manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams on production goals, Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of related experience in precision assembly and/or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Familiarity with test equipment, measurement tools, and inspection techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and manual-dexterity skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
• Ability to work the specified onsite night-shift schedule in Farmers Branch, Texas.
