Construction Estimator III (Hourly)

Location: Kent, WA, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $48.00–$57.70 per hour

A construction and building façade services organization supporting offices and projects across the United States.

What you will do

• Analyze project documents and prepare estimated project costs.
• Complete material quantity takeoffs for competitive bids.
• Conduct day-to-day construction estimating with a high level of accuracy.
• Improve takeoff efficiency through 3D technology and estimating software.
• Partner with Preconstruction Services Managers and vendors to deliver accurate, timely bids.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction Services and Project Management teams to support project delivery within budget and schedule.

Requirements

• Minimum two-year degree in Engineering, Technology, or a similar field.
• At least five years of related estimating experience.
• Construction experience is required; building façade experience is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and technical expertise.
• Advanced blueprint-reading and specification-document knowledge, plus working knowledge of 3D modeling and estimating software such as Bluebeam.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, communication, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
