Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; based out of the Vancouver office
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Produce detailed, high-quality commercial real estate valuation reports.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and strengthen client relationships.
- Conduct commercial real estate market research and provide valuation expertise.
- Collaborate on strategic growth initiatives in the Vancouver market.
- Promote and advocate for the brand.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related commercial real estate experience.
- AACI designation.
- Established client relationships and a growing book of business.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Current authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available.

- Experience with Argus Enterprise.
