Client Associate (IR Licensed) (Finance)

Location: On-site full-time in Toronto, ON, Monday through Friday

Annual base salary: $50,840–$59,350 CAD, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do

• Work closely with Investment Advisors at hirify.global Wood Gundy to manage client portfolios.
• Engage directly with high-net-worth clients, provide support, and proactively improve the client experience.
• Identify business opportunities and support business development activities.
• Assist with investment plans based on client profiles, goals, and risk/reward tolerance.
• Build community relationships through local events, marketing, and outreach activities.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing as an Investment Representative (IR) with CIRO Investment Dealer.
• Experience in the brokerage industry and working knowledge of quotation equipment.
• Client-focused communication and relationship-building skills.
• Business development experience, analytical thinking, and critical thinking skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
