Financial Advisor

Location: On-site full-time in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec, Canada; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance and during banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, estate planning, home ownership, and business setup.
• Develop local-market sales plans and convert leads into new client relationships.
• Use credit and investment solutions to deliver needs-based recommendations, referrals, and business results.
• Participate in community events, marketing, and outreach activities to strengthen local connections.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice, establishing client relationships, and achieving performance targets.
• Current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investments Funds Course, or Investment Funds in Canada Course, with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
• For Quebec licensing: current AMF accreditation and good standing, completion of CIFC or CSC, and Registered Retirement Consultant certification.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Client-focused, relationship-oriented, proactive, goal-oriented, and aligned with values of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
