Financial Advisor - Saint-Léonard, Qc

Location: On-site full-time in Saint-Léonard, Quebec, at 6850 RUE JEAN - TALON EST; flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management, financial services support, and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, and estate planning.
• Create sales plans, convert leads into clients, generate opportunities, and increase referrals through needs-based financial solutions.
• Build community connections by attending local events and participating in marketing and outreach activities.
• Work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice to clients, establishing relationships, and achieving performance targets.
• Current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investments Funds Course, or Investment Funds in Canada Course, with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
• For Quebec licensing: current AMF accreditation and good standing, successful completion of the Canadian Investment Funds Course or Canadian Securities Course, and Registered Retirement Consultant certification.
• Client-first approach with strong relationship-building, networking, business development, and results-oriented skills.

• Legally eligible to work at the specified location; a valid work or study permit is required where applicable.
