Location: On-site full-time in West Vancouver, BC, with flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do
- Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
- Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, estate planning, and other financial planning needs.
- Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, generate new client opportunities, and increase referrals.
- Attend community events and participate in marketing and outreach activities to strengthen local brand awareness.
- Work banking centre hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience providing financial advice, establishing client relationships, and achieving performance targets.
- Current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investments Funds Course, or Investment Funds in Canada Course, with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing.
- For Quebec-related licensing: current AMF accreditation and good standing, completion of CIFC or CSC, and Registered Retirement Consultant certification.
- Legal eligibility to work in the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
- Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, business development, and results-oriented skills.
