Senior Revenue and Pricing Analyst (SaaS and Payments)

Location: Service Center III - Shavano Park, United States; onsite full-time

Base salary: $74,380.80–$111,571.20 per year, with potential commission or performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced pricing models for SaaS and card processing services.
• Drive revenue analysis covering portfolio performance, client profitability, and market trends.
• Oversee revenue forecasting and contribute to multi-year financial planning and budgeting.
• Guide interchange fee management and compliance, and provide pricing recommendations for high-value and existing accounts.
• Prepare complex financial analyses and executive-level reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Data Analytics teams while mentoring junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in financial analysis, pricing strategy, or revenue management.
• Advanced knowledge of payment interchange programs, pricing models, revenue optimization, and applicable regulations.
• Expert analytical, problem-solving, data interpretation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling proficiency; working knowledge of Salesforce and ERP systems.
• Ability to travel as needed and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Payment or SaaS industry experience.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
