What you will do
- Own the end-to-end revenue forecast model, integrating pipeline, bookings, and churn data.
- Partner with the CRO and GTM leadership to translate financial data into growth strategy and quota attainment.
- Lead annual quota-setting and territory planning in collaboration with Sales Operations.
- Build and maintain dashboards for key commercial metrics like ARR, NRR, CAC, and LTV.
- Support board materials and investor narratives with GTM financial performance analysis.
- Drive financial integration and harmonization of revenue definitions across the organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
- 2+ years supporting a commercial or GTM organization in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
- Expert-level financial modeling skills for revenue forecasting and sales capacity planning.
- Deep fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- No visa sponsorship available
Nice to have
- Experience in energy, sustainability, or climate technology sectors.
- Familiarity with financial planning tools like Abacum, Pigment, or Adaptive Planning.
- SQL or Python proficiency.
- MBA or CFA designation.
