Program Management Manager (Microsoft)

Location: Calgary, Canada; full-time onsite role with up to 50% travel

Compensation range: $130,000–$238,700 CAD per year, plus discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead complex Microsoft programs and major workstreams with budgets of $3M–$8M and teams of 10–20 resources.
• Manage delivery across Dynamics 365 ERP and CE, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure integration services, and AI-enabled Microsoft solutions.
• Establish program governance, integrated plans, RAID management, financial tracking, and executive-ready reporting.
• Apply SAFe, Scrum, and waterfall delivery approaches according to client maturity and program complexity.
• Lead Organizational Change Management activities for implementations affecting 100–500+ users.
• Build VP- and Director-level client relationships, support Microsoft co-sell pursuits, proposals, SOWs, and account expansion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience delivering enterprise programs and projects in a management consulting environment.
• Proven experience delivering Microsoft programs or workstreams with $3M+ budgets and teams of 8+ resources.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure integration services, and Microsoft-aligned ISV solutions.
• Strong knowledge of program governance, financial tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and executive stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Organizational Change Management and Microsoft FastTrack and Success by Design frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree required; ability to travel up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Purview, Power BI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure OpenAI Service.
• Experience in ERP or CRM modernization, business development, proposal writing, and SOW development.
• Microsoft commercial licensing knowledge, including EA, MCA, MPSA, and CSP.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, or Prosci Change Management certification.
