What you will do

• Install, configure, tune, and support enterprise servers, storage systems, operating systems, and client-server environments.
• Support direct-attached and Fibre Channel SAN storage, NFS and CIFS technologies, large-memory SMP systems, blade systems, and associated interconnects.
• Administer and support multi-vendor filesystems, fielded systems, virtualization products, Solaris containers, thin-client solutions, and Citrix environments.
• Support infrastructure services and monitoring tools including DNS, NIS, Active Directory, Centrify, Zenoss, SiteScope, HP OpenView, Splunk, Sendmail, Exchange, NetQos, and Infoblox.
• Meet with vendors to evaluate new technologies and architect their integration into the authorized environment.
• Support design phases including technology evaluation, government approval, and integration planning.

Requirements

• US citizenship and an active security clearance are required.
• At least 10 years of experience in a large and complex IT environment with a degree, or 15 years without a degree.
• Experience with Sparc Solaris, Solaris x64, Red Hat, SUSE, and Microsoft operating systems.
• Expertise with SAN storage, NFS, CIFS, XFS, GPFS, VXFS, enterprise client-server configurations, and large-scale systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, Centrify, VMware, Solaris containers, Citrix, and infrastructure support services.
