Senior Executive, Telesales

What you will do

• Handle inbound inquiries from restaurant owners interested in joining the platform.
• Research and identify potential restaurant partners through directories, industry events, referrals, and other offline channels.
• Present platform services, benefits, and pricing by phone, while building relationships with prospective partners.
• Qualify leads, negotiate agreements, and address partner concerns and objections.
• Support restaurant onboarding and manage newly acquired vendors during their first month.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• MBA, BBA, or B.Com degree from a recognized university.
• Proven experience in telesales, sales, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport, work independently, and stay goal-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
