What you will do
- Acquire new clients and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Prepare sales proposals, profitability analyses, and contract documentation.
- Mentor junior sales associates and assist the Sales Manager in strategy development.
- Maintain and update lead data within Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Drive the adoption of new sales tools and product offerings.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in business development and client-facing roles.
- Proven track record in sales negotiation, pricing strategy, and solutioning.
- Experience in end-to-end pipeline management and closing large, strategic deals.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and support sales strategy execution.
- Diploma in any field or higher (Degree preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all organizational levels.
