What you will do

• Execute outbound sales campaigns and follow up on marketing, referral, and other leads.
• Present service value, handle customer questions and objections, and close sales over the phone or through online meetings.
• Maintain customer records, sales activities, CRM discipline, and iBase data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Lead and coach team members on campaign execution, pipeline health, value selling, CRM usage, and complex customer solutions.
• Coordinate tactical initiatives aligned with the service strategy while meeting sales and quality targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of telesales or telemarketing experience, preferably in industrial sales.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, plus the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and supervise team performance.
