Rental Sales Agent - Brisbane Airport

Location: Brisbane Airport, Queensland, Australia; onsite role with a rotating roster from 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.

Salary: From A$29.70 per hour, plus penalty shift loadings and monthly performance incentives.

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for rental customers.
• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries professionally and accurately.
• Tailor rental offers using the available products and vehicle fleet.
• Manage bookings and customer data through technology platforms.
• Follow premium service standards, compliance requirements, and operating protocols.

Requirements

• Experience or interest in sales and customer service.
• Availability for a rotating roster between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
• Current provisional or full driver's licence required.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach.
