Internal Sales & Service Officer (Maternity Cover)

What you will do

• Govern the SAP sales order entry process, identify gaps, and propose improvements for operational excellence.
• Provide timely customer service and maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support external sales by handling customer inquiries, RFQs, purchase orders, and other commercial matters.
• Administer the CRM as an ANZ superuser and participate in system upgrade projects and UAT.
• Review order books, forecasts, production planning, and product readiness to support budgets, targets, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with operations and other functions to resolve escalations and customer complaints.

Requirements

• Professional knowledge of common computer software, including Microsoft Office and Windows Explorer.
• Experience or exposure to sales and marketing of industrial products is preferred.
• Ability to understand the form and function of mechanical products and apply problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution is preferred.
