Reservations Sales Executive (Travel)

Location: Cairns, Australia; full-time onsite role. Candidates must be based in Australia and hold Australian residency, with substantial Australian work experience.

What you will do

• Provide professional guest service and build loyalty with direct guests and partnership contacts.
• Handle telephone calls and respond to booking-related emails promptly and accurately.
• Convert enquiries through product knowledge, passenger understanding, and consistent follow-up.
• Complete daily reservations tasks with urgency and focus on booking conversion.
• Enter booking details accurately into reservations systems, programs, and databases to support manifests.
• Compile accurate reports for management.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, reservations, administration, guest services, or a similar role.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Proven English communication skills in reading and writing.
• Australian residency and substantial Australian work experience.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
