Senior Associate, End User Computing (JAMF Pro)

Location: Chicago, United States; hybrid work environment with up to 2 days per week of remote work.

Salary: $97,800–$139,500 annually, plus a 6%–10% target annual discretionary incentive range.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot desktop and mobile application installation, performance, runtime, compatibility, and production issues.
• Maintain, patch, and validate Windows and macOS/iOS endpoint builds, software updates, feature updates, and vulnerability remediation.
• Package and deploy applications using Omnissa AppVolumes and JAMF Pro.
• Support device enrollment, configuration profiles, policy deployment, and a greenfield JAMF Pro implementation for macOS/iOS endpoints.
• Automate end-user computing processes, maintain the Office 365 environment, and process new-hire email provisioning requests.
• Own tickets and incidents, provide scheduled on-call support, document changes and procedures, and contribute to technical projects.

Requirements

• Must work from the Chicago office as required under the hybrid work arrangement.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related degree, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in desktop engineering or an end-user experience role, including at least 3 years of Office 365 experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems, enterprise application deployment, software packaging, profile management, and desktop application troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of JAMF Pro for macOS/iOS device management, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and application deployment; basic Intune and Active Directory/Group Policy experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange, scripting, and VDI environments using Omnissa Horizon and instant clone desktops; clear communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
