Tire Sales Specialist (Spring, TX)

Location: Spring, TX, United States; on-site at a premium automotive dealership

Base pay: $28.34–$30.85 per hour. Target annual commission: $13,200–$14,040.

What you will do

• Engage dealership customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual tire inspections and identify customer needs.
• Recommend appropriate tire solutions, provide pricing, and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations, including inventory and reporting.
• Complete a fully paid training program before performing the role independently.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills with order systems and CRM tools.
