Team Lead II (5:00am to 1:30pm) Gas Final

Salary: Starting at $27.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing employees across multiple processes and operations within the assigned area.
• Assign work and instruct operators on work techniques, quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
• Coordinate materials, tools, fixtures, direct labor, and production flow to support on-time completion.
• Audit work and internal processes to ensure quality requirements are met and document findings.
• Analyze materials, processes, and products that may cause production disruptions.
• Maintain production postings and inventory accuracy, communicate drawing or BOM discrepancies to Engineering, and train employees on inspection tasks.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead and coordinate activities across diverse tasks and demanding schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and schematics and explain them to others.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to understand and apply corrective and preventive actions.
• Ability to meet medium-heavy physical demands, including continuous standing and walking, frequent lifting and bending, and occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds with assistance.
