Manager, AI Solutions

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; in-person

Compensation range: $180,000–$320,000 annually, based on sector, scope, and organizational context.

What you will do

• Design and roll out AI governance policies, risk assessment templates, and compliance workflows.
• Partner with AI/ML engineering, product, and legal teams to embed governance into development cycles and validate models before deployment.
• Build and lead a small governance team, defining workflows, success metrics, and training needs.
• Establish AI risk monitoring and audit processes covering model drift, bias, performance, and compliance violations.
• Develop governance documentation and training for executives, board members, business units, and other non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor evolving AI regulation and lead cross-functional initiatives to identify governance gaps and recommend remediation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building or operating governance, compliance, or risk management programs in technology, financial services, or other regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing controls for algorithmic systems, data science models, or AI/ML products.
• Experience leading small teams and influencing across functions without direct authority.
• Working knowledge of machine learning concepts, including model training, evaluation, and inference.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting governance findings to technical and executive audiences.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC standards, or equivalent AI governance frameworks, or experience building a framework from scratch.
