What you will do

• Conduct business process reviews and current-state assessments for financial and operational functions.
• Develop structured roadmaps to enhance compliance, controls, and risk management frameworks.
• Support clients with technology enablement, workflow optimization, and dashboard development.
• Design and execute statistical and financial analyses, including modeling of financial data.
• Manage and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality across all engagement workstreams.
• Contribute to business development and identify opportunities to integrate AI into client operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Washington, DC.
• Several years of experience in financial services advisory or consulting.
• Hands-on experience with AI models such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
• Proven ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working with or building proprietary LLMs.
• Background in blockchain or cryptocurrency.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or FRM.
