Manager - Technology Transformation Advisory (Cloud, Data & AI)

Location: Remote - US; travel may be required based on client and business needs.

Base salary: $117,500–$176,300 USD annually, plus potential annual discretionary or utilization bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and support client engagements covering digital transformation, cloud strategy, technology modernization, operating models, and enterprise change.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, assessments, and discovery sessions to identify transformation opportunities.
• Analyze business, technology, process, and organizational data to develop actionable recommendations.
• Create maturity assessments, transformation roadmaps, business cases, operating model recommendations, governance frameworks, and executive decision-support materials.
• Manage engagement execution through workplans, milestones, deliverable quality, risk identification, and stakeholder communication.
• Coach consulting talent and oversee staffing, utilization, workload balance, performance, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of relevant consulting or technology transformation experience.
• Experience leading client-facing engagements in digital transformation, cloud strategy, or technology modernization.
• Experience managing, coaching, or developing consultants, analysts, or cross-functional project team members.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cloud, data, and AI platforms, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience creating executive-level roadmaps, business cases, and assessments.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree.
• Experience at a consulting firm, digital consultancy, or major systems integrator.
• Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystems, Azure, data modernization, or AI-enabled transformation.
• Experience connecting advisory work to implementation or managed services programs.
