Electrical Superintendent Data Centers

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Full-time onsite role with travel required and possible supervision of multiple projects across a large geographic area.

What you will do

• Supervise construction projects and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and direct-hire work.
• Enforce safety procedures, participate in safety training, and verify subcontractor insurance certificates.
• Manage CPM schedules, planning, material and tool procurement, supply allotment, and cost-control activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor submittals while setting and maintaining quality standards.
• Prepare project reports, approve invoices, coordinate subcontractor meetings, and complete punchlists.
• Coordinate start-up testing, owner turnover, final close-out, and acceptance.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience, including four years as an Assistant Superintendent.
• Extensive supervisory experience in field electrical construction.
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, or process-driven industrial and energy projects.
• Current Safety Trained Supervisor certification, or completion of STS certification within six months of hire.
• Knowledge of multiple construction trades, OSHA laws, scheduling, planning, expediting, and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sense of urgency, and ability to travel.
