Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)

Location: Bolingbrook, United States; 2nd shift

Salary: $71,200–$92,600 annually, plus eligibility for a quarterly incentive pay program

What you will do

• Create and deploy an inventory plan covering accuracy, stocking levels, and obsolete or slow-moving inventory.
• Supervise approximately six or more receiving, shipping, and material-handling employees.
• Define standard work processes for inventory management and material delivery.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials to manufacturing and communicate receiving discrepancies, packaging issues, and damaged goods to supply chain.
• Maintain warehouse safety, organization, ergonomic efficiency, and relevant KPIs.
• Monitor business changes, improve warehouse infrastructure, and introduce technology to increase transactional accuracy.

Requirements

• At least five years of inventory or warehouse management experience.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in operations or business management, or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory experience and strong leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of ERP systems; JDE experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform PC-based office work, occasional light lifting of up to 25 pounds, stooping, and standing.
