Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Onsite in Wood Dale, Illinois, United States

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 USD per year, plus eligibility for bonus pay.

What you will do

• Oversee receipt, storage, distribution, and shipment of raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor truck loading and unloading, product handling, documentation, and storage.
• Supervise material handlers and ensure manufacturing cells receive materials on time.
• Maintain inventory, shipment, material movement, cycle count, and adjustment records.
• Oversee the safe operation and maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and related equipment.
• Develop standard operating procedures, train and evaluate staff, and promote safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience using an ERP system and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lb and operate warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
