Warehouse Team Lead

Salary: $23.50–$34.00 per hour

What you will do

• Direct receiving-team workflows, shared put-away activities, and inbound service-part returns.
• Set work assignments, team goals, and performance metrics for quality and throughput.
• Ensure materials are available to support production build schedules.
• Promote 5S, OSHA compliance, facility safety standards, and safe work habits.
• Cross-train team members across receiving, put-away, and warehouse activities.
• Partner with production, planning, procurement, supervisors, and HR on operational and performance-management activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; an associate or vocational degree is preferred.
• At least three years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Supervisory experience with a successful record of leading a team.
• Understanding of material movements, storage techniques, picking processes, and materials-management systems.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is required; Avante experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, leadership, follow-through, and attention-to-detail skills.
