Project Manager - Sustaining Engineering

What you will do

• Own multiple engineering initiatives from conception through commercialization.
• Set project objectives, develop schedules and comprehensive plans, and support project charters covering scope, deliverables, resources, budget, and timing.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor cross-functional project teams.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, and present project information across the organization.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met.
• Use lessons learned to improve project management tools, processes, and new product development practices.

Requirements

• Project management experience in product development, including successfully launching products to market.
• Leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and bills of materials, with experience using MRP or ERP systems and project management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline, and/or 5+ years of extensive project management experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored immigration support. Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel to evaluate product performance in the field is required.
