Industrial Bakery Executive (Food Engineering)

Location: Istanbul, Türkiye; residence or willingness to reside on the Anatolian side of Istanbul required

What you will do

• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Plan, implement, and monitor production and testing procedures for bread and other bakery product groups.
• Collaborate with the Baking Center team to develop new products when existing offerings do not meet customer expectations.
• Conduct market and competitor product analysis, report insights, and follow up on required actions.
• Plan and deliver customer visits, product demonstrations, trainings, in-house events, and frequent field visits.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Quality, and the MEA regional team to support business targets and address quality complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in food engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience in the bakery industry.
• Experience in team management and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Turkish language required; English communication skills required, both written and verbal.
• Customer-oriented, solution-focused, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, a valid driver’s license, active driving experience, no travel restrictions, and completed military service for male candidates.
