Field Service Engineer (RFID)

Location: On-site at the Istanbul site, Türkiye, with 40–60% travel to customer locations

What you will do

• Install and integrate hirify.global systems and equipment at customer sites using pool cars or reimbursed travel.
• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hardware, software, RFID, thermal printing, PLC, and IoT systems.
• Perform proactive maintenance and optimize equipment performance and reliability.
• Act as an escalation point for recurring technical issues and provide customer-focused service.
• Share observations about customer needs and market trends with commercial and engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of field service experience with complex systems.
• Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hardware, and software systems in the apparel industry.
• Strong critical-thinking, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 40–60% of the time.
