Global Product Development (GPD) Representative (Textile)

Location: Hybrid position based at the Saray plant, Göçerler, Saray/Tekirdağ, Türkiye

What you will do

• Own customer inquiries for innovative textile tag and label solutions.
• Manage sample and pricing requests from product development, sales, customer service, and local offices.
• Identify cost-effective production methods and raw materials while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate with global product development, procurement, planning, and production teams to prepare label references for mass production.
• Use Oracle Front End and cloud systems to generate pricing, update standard costs, run reports, and resolve error logs.
• Procure pre-production raw materials, set production schedules, and archive sample development data in the MDI database.

Requirements

• Technical background with an understanding of engineering principles and production challenges.
• Commercial awareness and strong numerical aptitude for data analysis, pricing, and cost management.
• Solution-oriented problem-solving skills and proactive decision-making.
• Experience working with cross-functional or global product development teams.
• Fluent English and Turkish in written and verbal communication.
• Customer-centricity, attention to detail, and resilience.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the textile industry and labeling sector.
• Familiarity with product development workflows.
