Production Associate Manager

Location: Balıkesir-Susurluk, based at the Susurluk factory

What you will do

• Lead production areas to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives.
• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production strategies while managing production continuity during planned and unplanned events.
• Own production performance reviews and improve KPIs including OEE, yield, labor productivity, waste, and service level.
• Lead escalation management, investigations of significant quality or safety incidents, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, TPM, continuous improvement, KHMS, and PDCA initiatives across responsible areas.
• Lead, coach, and develop production engineers, supervisors, and frontline leaders while collaborating with Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, Quality, Warehouse, and EHS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing and cross-functional improvement projects.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of production safety, GMP, HACCP, QRMP, and company standards.
• Experience managing people or multiple production lines and departments is preferred.
