Senior Field Applications Engineer (Analog & Power)

Location: Istanbul, Türkiye; remote work is not available. The role supports customers and distributors across Turkey and Eastern Europe and requires mobility and travel within the assigned territory.

What you will do

• Partner with sales engineers, FAEs, distributors, and customers to build relationships and grow hirify.global revenue.
• Promote analog and power solutions, including interfaces, power management, sensors, and related digital and connectivity products.
• Provide design and development support from demand creation and technology evaluation through mass production.
• Drive technology proposals, product demonstrations, system-level design support, and customer application solutions.
• Identify new design-in opportunities and manage projects, opportunities, and design-win targets.
• Analyze customer products, markets, business requirements, and competition to recommend solutions and develop account strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar field applications engineering role is preferred.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering with experience in analog and power management applications.
• Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and provide technical application support.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, strategic, commercial, and design-planning skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, evaluate opportunities and risks, and collaborate effectively.
• Very good command of English and mobility are required.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of MCU/MPU systems.
