Food Safety and Quality Manager

What you will do

• Implement global food safety and quality strategies, goals, standards, and performance measures at the factory.
• Lead food safety and regulatory compliance, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Legal, Commercial, and quality teams.
• Monitor FSQ metrics and drive continuous improvement projects that reduce product risk and cost.
• Manage food safety and quality incidents, including recalls, withdrawals, quarantines, and disposal of defective goods.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet specifications and KHMS standards, with effective traceability, crisis management, and mock recall systems.
• Validate the food safety and quality of new products and process innovations and manage third-party quality audits.

Requirements

• Food or dairy technologist or engineer with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, R&D, or quality.
• Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and supply-chain factors affecting food quality and regulatory compliance.
• Strong risk assessment, analytical, problem-solving, planning, budgeting, and project management skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, influence, and engage teams and stakeholders while facilitating change.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, decision-making, persistence, and attention-to-detail skills.
